EASY AND FAST PLUG & PLAY RIBBON EXCHANGE

With its QUICK RIBBON X-LOADER, the XTO has an innovative plug & play device mechanism for automated ribbon feed and super quick ribbon change. The ultra-light loader is affordable, very easy to handle and results in increased uptime.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY OF CONTROLLING THE PRINT UNIT

The XTO can be operated by remote via web browser on any PC, mobile or on optional panel PC. This allows greater operational Flexibility as well as remote diagnostics, setup, and maintenance – now and in the future.

100% TOOLFREE PRINTHEAD CHANGE AND CLEANING

The XTO allows a too free and easy printhead service or change within seconds without the need for manual coble insertion.

FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE OF THE PRINT PLATE

The innovative print plate offers a flexible exchange using Velcro™ material. In case the print plate is damaged or used up, the first layer of the plate can easily be exchanged using the innovative hook and loop system. Reduction action of downtime in maintenance as there is no need to uninstall the whole print plate.
